Eli Crane is Funded By Special Interests...
And He Votes With Them And For Them

During the 2022 Election, Crane’s race was flooded with dark, special interest money funneled through secretive political action committees. These organizations spent over $2.5 million dollars to help get Crane elected. These committees are funded by:

The Conspiracy Theorist: Richard Uihlein

Richard Uihlein is the owner of Uline Boxes and Schlitz Brewing. He is an ultra-conservative ideologue who reserves his donations for only the MOST extreme politicians. He has pushed election conspiracies since 2020, and has a close personal relationship with Amy Kremer, the main organizer and funder of the "Stop the Steal" rally on January 6th.

Along with his wife, Uihlein has donated over $250 million to republican candidates and organizations since 2016.

Two major groups Uihlein donated millions to, The School Freedom Fund and the American Leadership PAC, spent a combined $609,000 on Pro-Crane advertising.

Crane, like Uihlein, has publicly claimed the 2020 win of President Biden was fraudulent, and expressed support for the expensive and fruitless audit of the Maricopa County Election Response. Crane’s sole priority for education reform is to ban the teaching of black history from schools, another priority for Uihlein.

The Fraud: Ryan Salame

Ryan Salame is the former Co-CEO of FTX Digital Markets. In 2024, Salame plead guilty to using FTX customer's money to make over millions worth of  fraudulent political contributions and unlawfully exceed individual contribution limits. Salame, who could have faced several years in prison had he gone to trial, took a plea deal for his crimes. As a result, he was forced to:

  1. Forfeit $1.5 Billion in assets including property in the Berkshires and his Porsche 911.

  2. Pay $5.6 Million in restitution to FTX customers

  3. Pay a $6 Million fine to the U.S. Government

In 2022, Salame invested $4 million into his own dark money organization to funnel money to "pro-crypto" Republicans. Ryan Salame's Dark Money PAC, American Dream Federal Action, spent  $639,000 on pro-Crane advertising in 2022.

The Financiers:
Paul Singer

Paul Singer is the owner of Elliott Management Corporation, a major investment firm holding $65.5B in assets. Singer is known to get cozy with members of the government. Most recently, he took Justice Samuel Alito on an unreported luxury fishing trip valued at over $100,000. Later Alito presided over several cases wherein Singer’s company was awarded $2.4 billion.

Stephen A. Schwartzman

Schwartzman is a the owner of the Blackstone Investment group and a well known Republican Mega-Donor. Schwartzman was chairman of President Donald Trump's Strategic and Policy Forum, a position he was appointed to after donating over $344,000 to his campaign in 2016.

Singer and Schwartzman donate millions to the Congressional Leadership Fund, which spent nearly 1 million on pro-Crane advertising in 2022.

Eli Crane Voted yes on HR 2799 which would reduce security of everyday Americans' individual retirement and investment funds, and open the door for major private equity managers like Singer & Schwartzman to sell risky or even fraudulent private investments without accountability.
